Personal Terms Agreed,Super Star Set To Leave Chelsea

Accord to recent reports from renowned football journalist Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea forward Timo Werner will depart the London club after agreeing personal terms with former club RB Leipzig for a permanent deal. The deal will see the German leave the blues after joining them in 2020.

Timo Werner joined Chelsea on a £47.5 million deal and has gone on to be directly involved in 43 goals, scoring 23 and assisting 21 in 89 appearances since arriving from RB Leipzig, but things haven’t quite gone according to plan as  the Germans form for the Londoners hasn’t quite matched the form he had while at Leipzig, as a result Chelsea has decided to let him leave on a permanent deal back to his former club.

At 26 years Werner still has a lot of time to improve on his game and regain his goal scoring form for both club and country but the German needs to stay fit and focused in order to achieve this. Whether or not Werner will be warmly welcomed back at his former club remains unknown.
