Water  is a substance  found at room temperature and pressure as a clear liquid ; it is present naturally as rain, and found in rivers, lakes and seas; its solid form is ice and its gaseous form is steam.

Water can also be defined as a colourless, odourless and  thirstless  liquid that saturates the body,maintains and makes the body fresh. It equally regulates the body temperature,repairs the tissues in the body and ensure that all the organs are functioning properly and are well situated in the right proportion .

Water is equally one of the major six [6] classes of food we have ,and i will say that without water we can sustain life or rather i will say we can not get to a particular stage in life .
