Try All Your Possible Best To End ASUU Strike – Kano Traditional Title Leader To President Buhari

A traditional title Leader in Kano State, Gambo Danpass has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to “try all his possible best” to resolve the ongoing ASUU strike that has lasted for about six months and counting, so as to allow Nigerian students return to school before the Nigerian Labour Congress (NLC) commence their proposed strike which is supposed to start on Tuesday, 26th July, 2022.

Danpass while speaking in Kano, said the National Assembly should ensure that the Union see reason to call off the strike.

Saying, “Although it is a bit late in removing the Labour Minister as the mediator in the lingering strike, and allowing the Education Minister, Adamu Adamu handle it, still the President should directly come in and resolve the matter himself.”

“Right now we have thousands of our children roaming around the streets without anything so the government should know that they are willing tools in creating uncertainty in the peace of the nation.”

He also urged President Muhammadu Buhari to take drastic measures in tackling the incessant abductions and killings of innocent Nigerians.
