Joint security operatives have discovered and destroyed a kidnapper’s den at Oba town in Anambra state.
The joint security team acted on the information received by one of the suspect under their custody. The suspect confessed and leaked information about his fellow members whereabout. The security agents immediately raided the address and freed some kidnap victims. They discovered various charms, guns and hard drugs.
A bungalow building was demolished under the direction and supervision of the state government. Governor of Anambra, Prof. Charles Soludo had earlier instructed security agencies to detroy any building confirmed to be used for kidnapping activity. The governor also appealed to the masses to always report suspected criminal activity.
