The presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu and his running mate, Kashim Shettima on Wednesday January 4, promised to provide good governance if elected at the February 25, 2023 election.
Tinubu while addressing the crowd of supporters at the Sani Abacha Stadium in Kano vowed not to disappoint Nigerians and also promised to keep his campaign promises.
On the other hand, the vice presidential candidate, Shettima who spoke in Hausa, also promised that the APC administration will complete the gas pipeline project and other important projects in Kano. He was also overwhelmed at the turn up of supporters, therefore, he stated that he has never witnessed a political gathering like Kano APC Presidential Campaign rally.
The Governor of Kano State, Abdullahi Ganduje, in his address, mentioned that Kano is the biggest state for democracy in Nigeria.
Other party members including the National Chairman of the party, Abdullahi Adamu; governors and party faithful are optimistic about their victory in the 2023 elections.
