Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has stated in a recent interview that he has no intention of leaving the west Londoners anytime soon as he feels very comfortable in England. In his words Jorginho said “I feel very well here. Of course I would like to stay. There is a lot going on and we don’t know”, speaking further he stated “I am here now, I have contract and love to be here, I feel very well here, and so I don’t think about moving anywhere”.

This statement from Jorginho will certainly be music to the ears of a large part of the Chelsea supporters as Jorginhohas proven to be an integral part of the Chelsea squad forming a good partnership with Mateo Kovacic and Ngolo Kante that has lasted for more than 3 seasons now playing under three different managers at the club. Though some section of Chelsea supporters are against Jorginho’s stay at the club given the fact that they see him as not good and strong enough for the Chelsea system, Jorginho still remains a unique type of player who would easily walk into the starting eleven of any team as a result of his incredible passing skills.

Pep Guardiola’s move for him while he was still at Napoli should speak a lot of his quality as a player, Guardiola is unarguably one of the greatest coaches the game of football has ever seen so for him to be deeply interested in a player it means that player is quality and should be taken seriously. Jorginho still remains one of the best in his position in the whole of Europe so Chelsea fans should be grateful for having him.
