Sometimes, the person acts as though they are so nice and sweet that they make you feel like you are very important and special.Sometimes they are cruel and mean, preferring to use silence and other forms of punishment to manipulate you.
You shouldn’t spend your life catering to their emotions, and mood swings are another warning sign.

3.Exclusion and dominance

This results from being alone.In an effort to further isolate you, they might question your loyalty, search your phones and social media, and even accuse you of cheating.

4.They use words to harm you

when they intend for their words to denigrate you.It’s a big red flag if they playdown your behavior, finances, family, or physical appearance.Take your leave immediately if he or she is hell-bent on getting you to behave or submit in their preferred manner.

5.They keep you apart from others

Run away from them if they promote an “us against the world” ideology and don’t like any of your friends or family members.Codependent relationships are not healthy ones.
