The presidential candidate of the people’s Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has named former president of the senate, Bukola Saraki and Ayim Pius, former kano Governor, Ibrahim Shekarau, as special advisers to his campaign council.
Saraki is to serve as special envoy to the presidential candidate and Anyim as a special adviser.
Atiku media adviser, from a statement he signed on Monday, stated that Shekarau is also to serve as special adviser just as former Osun State Gvernor, Olagunsoye Oyinlola and senator Ehigie Uzamere . While former PDP national chairman Uche Secondus , was also appointed to work in the capacity of technical adviser to the presidential candidate.
They are all expected to resume work immediately and ensure they attain victory for the party come 2023 general elections.
